ONE AGENCY has officially welcomed its tenth new office of 2025 with the launch of ONE AGENCY Scone, expanding the group’s footprint in the Upper Hunter region of New South Wales.
Led by Principal Jeny Dawson—who brings decades of experience across residential, rural, and lifestyle property—the Scone office marks a new chapter for a business that has already built a strong local presence.
Formerly aligned with a national franchise, Jeny later went independent before deciding to join the ONE AGENCY network.
“After stepping away from the franchise model, we spent a few years building our own brand and doing things our way,” she said.
“But once we sat down with Mindy and she walked us through the ONE AGENCY model, it was clear we could maintain our independence while gaining access to tools, systems, and support we’d never had before.”
As part of the transition, the team has adopted the network’s centralised business platform, ONE PLACE, which integrates digital marketing, brand building, lead generation, and operational support & business tools & resources.
“The platform allows us to market more effectively and run the business more efficiently—without added complexity,” Jeny said.
With strong local roots, the team has already raised more than $20,000 for the Cancer Council through the Longest Day golf challenge, while continuing to support local schools and sporting clubs.
